Job Description

• Support Customers (Tier 2) in real time and provide professional technical responses 
• Analyze Customer traffic to identify undetected threats and false detections, primarily using ElasticSearch and BigQuery (SQL) 
• Work closely with Customers providing insightful incident reports 
• Communicate with global Customers and provide quick responses and resolutions 
• Work cross-functionally with RnD and Research teams to optimize Customers’ ability to detect and mitigate cyber attacks in real time 
• Hold shifts as part of the job (including weekend shifts) 

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in the technical support domain 
• Experience of Kibana and BigQuery 
• Practical knowledge of HTML and CSS is a must 
• Practical knowledge of JavaScript
• Experience in writing scripts and automating processes using JavaScript
• Solid knowledge of SQL 
• Knowledge of web architecture and protocols (CDN, HTML, DOM, JS, HTTP, HTTPS, IPv4/v6, etc.) 
• Experience with the cybersecurity threat landscape 
• Basic understanding of software architecture to assist Customers 
• Advanced level of English
